Brussels Smoothie

5 minutes, 1 serving, gluten-free, vegan.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup brussels sprouts, halved
  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. Half the brussels sprouts and strawberries.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
  3. Enjoy!
