Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 leaf kale
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Wash kale and blueberries well. Remove the kale leaves from stem.
  2. Liquify ingredients in a blender.
  3. Enjoy.
