Warm-up

• Dynamic Warm Up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each.
• Jump rope/jog 5-10 minutes.

Main set

• 100 yard uphill terrain sprint, walk to start. Repeat for 20 minutes.
• Trail run or road run 35 minutes.
