Warm-up
- Dynamic warm up
- Run/cycle/row/jump rope 5 minutes
Main set
- 30 burpees
- 30 box jump burpees
- 5 burpee pull-ups
Cool down:
Stretch
Repeat the main set 1-4 times, depending upon your ability.
